Minnesota is a 489-unit assisted living and memory care portfolio which Oxford acquired in 2025
with plans to invest several million dollars on strategic value add enhancements.

Sonata Viera
Melbourne, Florida

Oxford led the acquisition of this 86-unit assisted living community on the campus of the Viera Veterans’ Clinic in the master planned community of Viera, located in greater Melbourne, Florida in 2015. Sonata Viera has been supplemented to form a true continuum of care campus through a value-add development which includes an adjacent facility offering 79 independent living units and 36 memory care units.

Olympic Peninsula Portfolio
Sequim, Washington

Oxford acquired the Sherwood Portfolio, located in Sequim on Washington’s Olympic Peninsula in 2022. The portfolio is a 256-unit senior housing campus which offers a continuum of care much like a CCRC, consisting of independent living, assisted living and memory care.
The Sherwood campus features highly desirable amenities such as multiple dining rooms, resident spa, community bistro, fitness center, and outdoor patios. The Lodge and Cottages at Sherwood Village is an independent living community consisting of 20 cottages and 60 units. The Fifth Avenue is an independent living community consisting of 71 units. Sherwood Assisted Living/Memory Care consists of 75 assisted living units and 28 memory care units.
